Culture and people do matter to us at solarisBank. We are dedicated to creating a good and safe work environment for all employees. That is why we drive different formats to foster exchange between all solarians including e.g. our fortnightly, company-wide Broadcast events as well as Ask Me Anything Sessions with our CEO. In addition to that we have regular, anonymous Pulse Check surveys with all the company as well as 360° feedbacks for the single employees.
Of course, we also offer People and Organization facetime hours where feedback can be shared and anonymous ways for whistle blowing are established as well. Our employees do use these channels and contribute with an open exchange. The established formats also helped us in the past to identify topics where we needed to improve.
