Pros
If there was even a single pro of employment at Solcius, I'd still be there. It's time out of my life that I can never get back, and I have nothing to show but a few meager paychecks. For the sake of not being entirely negative, work/life balance was acceptable, most coworkers were decent people.
Cons
Extremely poor organization. Management shows no respect for the happiness or wellbeing of their employees. The extremely high turnover rate here is because employees are seen as dispensable. If you leave, they'll just hire someone else to replace you.
