*First I would like to make it known that I literally walked out in the middle of my first shift after realizing it was all a scam and a joke. 1-They say that there is a ton of potential for commission. However, in the paperwork when you sign on it says NOTHING about commission and does not even slightly mention it. It only ever mentions the $12/hour rate… I asked them several times why it was not stated in the contract and they acted very weird about it and kept avoiding the question. (I suspect that they do not state it in the documents so that they are not legally obligated to pay anyone more than the $12/hour rate.) -After being there for 4 hours and my first day I was asking around to all of the setters around me asking how much they have made and how it has been. (One of them was one of the top setters for the week) and NOT A SINGLE PERSON said they have even touched a commission check. One person had been there for 6 months!! -Training is so beyond terrible, I sat there watching someone make phone calls while he hit his vape and played video games or watched gaming streams in between calls. I saw several employees doing the same thing all around me. I have never written a review on anything in my entire life but I felt this was necessary to warn everyone else about this company. Do not work here unless you have no goals or respect for yourself and your time!!
