3yAs Solmax's CHRO, I must say that I am surprised and disappointed to see such comments. I'll just say that I honestly don't feel this represents our working environment and our culture. Any employee that has a problem/issue can raise it via a confidential/anonymous process (Whistleblowing) either online or via phone. Employees are also encouraged to bring forward their issues/concerns to their direct manager for resolution. In case where this is not possible because of the nature of the concern, employees can seek support from their HR resources locally.
