Thanks for sharing your feedback. We are not perfect but we are trying.
I will sincerely request you to share instances about bad behaviour so that we can identify them and ensure that it does not happen.
Just responding to few cons -
1) Job security - We respect and promote people who are hungry, want to do exceptional work. There is no place for anyone who can sit on past laurels, and it applies to everyone, even the co-founders and senior management.
2) We have interviewed more than 20 people in last 2 weeks and offers are being rolled out. Having learnt our lessons, we are ensuring we get the right set of people who can take this company to world class exceptional level.s
3) We do not expect anyone to work on weekends or holidays. We are in the industry of Digital Marketing and Social Media, which calls for more efforts during festivals and holidays due to campaigns by clients.
Rest of the things are too vague or inconsistent in your feedback. I will sincerely request you to share details so that we can take any appropriate action.
