1. No Job Security. Employees who were promoted for good performance earlier are fired now because they are not good enough suddenly. More senior employees fired with lame reasons saying company cannot afford to pay your salary or that they cant multitask. No courage to be honest only.
2. Others resigned because of bad behaviour by top management
3. Employees who left are never replaced. Team size is half now and number of clients is same. This leads to unfair workload on remaining employees.
4. Even then remaining employees are publically insulted with bad remarks. Threatened to be fired regularly.
5. One of the co-founders has no decency. He is ill mannered with all employees, no respect for even girls. Repeated misbehaving with employees, too much ego to apologise also.
6. No work life balance. Expected to work on weekends, national holidays & late hours but no extra compensation for that. Employees use own resources.
