Pros

1. Some of the people in the company are good 2. As long as you don't indulge in politics, you can learn. 3. Good for a 3-4 month period if you are unemployed, but don't expect a good pay.

Cons

1. They claim free lunches, which are a part of your salary deduction. 2. Monthly parties for which you need to pay for your own drinks. 3. No work life balance, be prepared to work on Saturdays and Sundays and even on holidays. 4. They call themselves digital ad agency and expect you to work 24x7 (they say that on your face) 5. Long working hours, they expect you to work beyond your shift timings 6. One of the co-founders is extremely rude to people, he thinks of employees as his slaves and is always demotivating and humiliating them and saying the meanest things on earth. 7. Abuses in the name of cool-culture 8. Too much politics in the environment 9. When you leave the company, they ensure that they make that 1 month notice period the worse period of your life, they push you towards getting into depression. 10. All the employees here are always complaining. People leave in 3 months time, and those who are here for long love to engage in dirty politics. 11. No proper appraisal system. Your salary gets deducted for reasons unknown to you. HR is the one handling finances and ensures you get minimum pay. 12. The owners say we are running into losses, and do not appraise people at all. 13. No CTC, their HR policy is the funniest thing on earth, full of errors.

Hey, Thanks for taking out your time and giving us pointers on getting better. Just to clarify few things - 1) All salary discussions with prospective and current employees are on in-hand salary. Anything which is part of CTC (lunch, parties etc) is shared separately. 2) Our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. 3) We expect anyone to work for 9 hours everyday. We do recommend that people invest in self learning and improving their skill sets in their spare time. 4) We firmly believe that people who indulge in politics are the incompetent ones. Having said that, we have looked internally and will do a better job of communicating with employees. We are always open to feedback and ways to improve but few your comments are too generic or misrepresented, hence no action or response is possible. Again, thank you for taking out your time in sharing your feedback.

Pros

1. Talented co-workers with exceptional ideas 2. Every day is a learning opportunity if you have right perspective 3. Was a very nice company. Perfect startup culture and great atmosphere to encourage good work 4. Used to be a fun place 5. Learned that management can make or break a company regardless of having talented team

Cons

1. No Job Security. Employees who were promoted for good performance earlier are fired now because they are not good enough suddenly. More senior employees fired with lame reasons saying company cannot afford to pay your salary or that they cant multitask. No courage to be honest only. 2. Others resigned because of bad behaviour by top management 3. Employees who left are never replaced. Team size is half now and number of clients is same. This leads to unfair workload on remaining employees. 4. Even then remaining employees are publically insulted with bad remarks. Threatened to be fired regularly. 5. One of the co-founders has no decency. He is ill mannered with all employees, no respect for even girls. Repeated misbehaving with employees, too much ego to apologise also. 6. No work life balance. Expected to work on weekends, national holidays & late hours but no extra compensation for that. Employees use own resources. 7. False advertisement on facebook faking cool work culture

I will sincerely request you to share instances about bad behaviour so that we can identify them and ensure that it does not happen. Just responding to few cons - 1) Job security - We respect and promote people who are hungry, want to do exceptional work. There is no place for anyone who can sit on past laurels, and it applies to everyone, even the co-founders and senior management. 2) We have interviewed more than 20 people in last 2 weeks and offers are being rolled out. Having learnt our lessons, we are ensuring we get the right set of people who can take this company to world class exceptional level.s 3) We do not expect anyone to work on weekends or holidays. We are in the industry of Digital Marketing and Social Media, which calls for more efforts during festivals and holidays due to campaigns by clients. Rest of the things are too vague or inconsistent in your feedback. I will sincerely request you to share details so that we can take any appropriate action. Wish you the best.

Pros

5 days working, good work life balance, no bond agreement, was a very good company until it went to heavy loss this year.

Cons

1.Bad salary-30% of ctc as inhand..rest fake figures. 2.ill mannered cofounder treating employees like slaves and his brain working on politics more than on the goodwill of the company. 3.No learning, not much opportunities. 4.Will seek your attention with cool website and updates on social media but its a trap. 5.No incentives, no bonus, no performance review and always in loss. 6. Bad top management, should appreciate the effort of founders rather than filling their own pockets doing nothing. 7.They hire as interns first so that they can get the same work done offering lesser salary. 8.Peace of mind is destroyed and makes you financially weak. 9.Not a good one if you have a family to support with the little money they offer. 10. Dont care about your career, skills or experience, just want slaves. 11.Please talk to a former employee before going for this company else you will regret later.
