Cons
No benefits at all. If you have no option and selected with better package then go for it. If you are a fresher you can learn something but you need to jump after 2 years otherwise you can't learn any new skills. Only very few projects are in current trend others outdated. No proper response from HR Moreover they won't work for employee benefits. They will change HR policies as per they want without proper notification to employees. Only few leads got good skills others outdated. Work from home is allowed with mail confirmation from HR that too with half-pay but need to work for full day I.e 9hrs. In the name of work life balance they have 4 slots of check-in timings. Before and after slot check-in done then considered as half day leave. For 6 months projects they make you to finish in 2 months it's common everywhere but here it's very worst make you to sit day and night including all holidays. you can give a try it epends on your team you got selected.
