Nothing much, The ambiance is good but not the working atmosphere, Laptops are provided instead of desktops, a natural themed surroundings.

Please take some time and read 1. No work life balance, you will be asked to come to office by early morning and nobody knows when you are going to leave, have seen people staying there for more than 2 days, even I did stayed for almost 2 days. 2. Recently, they have made some changes like flexi timings, and OFF on all Saturdays (Earlier the odd Saturdays are half working days, which was far better). That change is just only in records, and getting OFF on Saturdays and Sundays are very rare. (Have seen people asking their leads for leave on Saturdays and Sundays which are already declared OFF days and the lead in turn will assign them more tasks and ask them to complete within the week and take leave on Saturday and Sunday which is not at all possible, this indirectly means you are not supposed to take OFF on weekends). Even there were few teams where people have to come on Saturdays even if they don't have any work. Here I stop, and you decide what will be the status of people who ask for leave on working days. 3. Yearly Bonus will be deducted from our CTC, which they are supposed to pay every year. For the last year they deducted it correctly and haven't paid the same citing some stupid reasons. It is almost a Month's salary, I know so many people have planned much things anticipating the Bonus and at the last moment, they denied the same. They told that they will review and pay it if possible by MID of this year, I don't know whether they will pay it or not, even though they pay, they will not pay for employees who left the organisation, from whom they have already deducted. I can't see any logic behind this. 4. More number of employees left the organisation because of the poor management policies adapted this year. 5. You can even meet the president of India without much hassle, but meeting the HR is quite impossible, they will keep on discussing all the day, change the policies, will not update the employees, and when the employee request for any help, they simply tell that the policy is changed. 6. Once u resign the job and you are serving the notice period, they will show up the real face, a hell experience indeed. 7. In their official site and facebook pages, there are lot of things like there is a solverminds recreational club which initiates lot of recreational activities and so on. Believe me, no such activities happened in the past one year, even they didn't conducted the annual day. 8. There are certain high profile peoples (they think so), they won't allow anyone to grow, and in case if u are trying to do so, they will ill treat you and unfortunately u cannot do anything because they are in most high positions and the management will blindly believe what they tell. 10. Honestly telling, this organisation was Good some 3 years ago, but not now, it is losing all its values because of the poor senior management people who are not ready to adapt to new technologies. 11. Once there was job security, unless you involve in malpractices, but now, if your reporting manager doesn't like you owing to the following reasons, you will be terminated/ill-treated/cornered, no inquiry on facts. Reasons: You both may have personal vengeance, he/she may think that you will surpass them with the knowledge you have, Finally, if they think your existence in the company will pave the way for them to get sacked(honestly) I have much more to say, but stopping here.
