Do not join this company, there is no proper process and transperency. During interview process they say one think and after moving to project team there is no connect. Lot of false statements. At the end they will make us that we are not working properly. Even the senior employees here also complaints the same thing. All IT companies will have some cons but here only negative things will be there . We are working only to take care of our family but they will not allow that, even of we are sick they will not care about us. We take sick leave for more 2 days then we will get terminated only.even on weekends we need to work . Management should learn what is professional ethics. There are few people here whatever they say the top management will beleive that without analysing itself. They are spoiling many peoples carrier. And there is no one here to hear these problems, if we still complain them, those unprofessional people turn the problem to our side and will project as though we are not working, even would have worked 2 years also they will project that we are not working. Better do not join here. You will loose your health, happiness and peace of mind.
