I wish we had 401K matching, but we're a small company and fortunate to have all that we do.

Unfortunately, there are no longer many advantages to working at Sonablate. While the team and culture were once outstanding, things have shifted significantly under the current executive leadership. The environment has become increasingly toxic, leading many of the talented individuals who defined its success to leave in large numbers.

Paychecks are frequently delayed, creating significant frustration among employees. The executive leadership has fostered a toxic environment, damaging both the company and its once-thriving culture. As a result, many valued team members are leaving, yet the leadership’s primary response seems to be urging remaining employees to simply work harder. Accountability is often misplaced, with employees unfairly blamed for systemic issues.
