Pros

Many smart, dedicated people with full of passion about music, experience and products. Many of the company perks were gone since the layoff and financial difficulties, but there's the desire to be still high-spirited and to still do the good work. Generally respectful and candid work environment with a few critical catches.

Cons

Going through a massive growth pain with inexperienced management and unorganized product development system. While promoting 'transparency', it's rather on the surface level. The deep culture is a bit cultish and still depends heavily on a few legacy guru, diva, and executives for most of the decision making. Lack of nurturing to grow talents within. Once hired, there isn't much of growth plan or support system in place. Some people who have been around long years tend to create conflict and tension by forcing the old, dated ways of dominating with loud voices and posturing, which creates the negative impact for culture. And the leadership is largely just ignorant on those misbehaviors.

Pros

Great culture. People are humble.

Cons

In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

Pros

Good work. Passionate people. Good product. Remote.

Cons

Some bad managers. They lost their footing resulting in lack of company vision. Struggled to find working styles that elevated the company (they wanted to grow yet operate like a start up)
