      Great perk to work from home Alot of teams working with different tech deck Opportunity to play media and music while working

      Cons

      Mid-level managers that are all about process and less on individual development Folks work in silos and limited opportunity to work outside set goals which is detrimental to cross work references and growth

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

      Some bad managers. They lost their footing resulting in lack of company vision. Struggled to find working styles that elevated the company (they wanted to grow yet operate like a start up)
