Once the new-ness wore off, people were cultish and robotic. The company supposedly values transparency but there are so many things that you're in the dark about until they blow up in your face. There are layoffs going on now, even though there is questionable spending within all areas of the business. Do you need lunches, breakfasts, kegs of beer and stocked fridges when you're laying people off? Product is never on time, marketing leaves a lot to be desired.
