On boarding process can be daunting

Good pay + benefits. Great idea for a product, the game is fun. Good culture, fun.

Lacking vision past next month. Constant changes make it hard to follow the trajectory of the company. Impossbile to move upwards once you get a role unless you are a golden boy/girl.
