Coworkers are always ready to help in a way which helps the product and self growth at the same time. Anyone willing to learn on the job can work with the team without large experience in the required skills (stack, tools etc.) - Flat hierarchy from day 1. As part of Sostronk team, you'll never feel disconnected from the rest of the team irrespective of roles - While maintaining the startup mode in working, the team also ensures we unwind as a team from time to time - Trustworthy founders and core team. Having been worked here almost from the start of the journey through all the ups and downs, the one thing that has stood strong is the mutual trust with the founders and the rest of the team.
