Hello and thank you for your review on our growing company. It is so good to see that our environment and team members care so much about an individual that they want them to stay and move up in the company instead of leaving to work a JOB that doesn't surround them with goal oriented people. I agree that the work is hard and the idea of becoming a manager of a business and working alongside fortune 500 companies to help them grow seems like an easy task, but has anything in life that has big rewards ever came easy? or worth it? You wouldn't want to play a video game that had absolutely no obstacles or challenges in it would you? No way that is boring!!! No one could grow or have fun unless there is some kind of challenge. Our goal is to build true leadership for our clients here at Soturi, the name of the company explains it all! It means warrior, our mission is to find those individuals in this region that have drive, goals, grit, passion and most importantly resilience and coach them on how to become leaders in business. We understand that not everyone has this and that is ok, but we also realize that an individual will become the percentage of the people they surround themselves with. If you surround yourselves with a team of go getters and an opportunity to grow and advance, this happens to be the equation of success! To the person who wrote this: I apologize for not seeing your confidence in yourself dropping, and I hope wherever you to intend to go with your future that you remember and use what we taught you in your leadership development here at Soturi! Hello and thank you for taking the time to write a review on our company. We appreciate feedback both positive and negative to ensure we are always continuing to improve our growing business. I am slightly confused on some of the opinions stated in this review and can tell there is some emotion involved. I started to think about who and why someone would post something like this about our company and very quickly came up with the answer. The reason it took very little thought or time is because there has only been one individual that has worked at Soturi that has ever been let go for misconduct and/or left in an aggressive manner. This day was the same day this review posted. I would like to correct some of these opinions to more factual information. This employee was apart of the entry level position for 3 weeks. Here at Soturi Inc. we have rules and guidelines for our team members just like all businesses that hire on new employees. Inside of these 3 weeks this individual was late 4 times, called in sick 5 days and the last day this person worked came in late and overly medicated attempting to lay down and sleep on the floor. The individual had no grasp on reality nor cared much about what others thought. Since we are a company that trains and develops individuals to become a professional in the business world, to reprimand this individual was of high priority to allow the environment to grow. My intentions were to never to treat anyone like "crap" but I see where an individual might think so if they lose their position. Everyone in our company has the opportunity to grow and advance into higher positions as well as earn high compensations and bonuses from our clients even in the entry level position, the first step to this has to be actually showing up to work. I hope this clears up some confusion for everyone but more importantly I hope the individual who wrote this finds themselves and achieves something absolutely wonderful in their lives.
