      Great front of end management Good team environment Pays are good

      No support from higher management No understanding or compassion All about kpis Management are all about following guidelines ie monthly checks and in those monthly checks are ridiculous hoops to jump through to satisfy management that you actually know what your doing

      Nice staff, modern clinics and equipment

      Cons

      Management fosters a toxic bullying culture. Long term staff leaving due to this. Everyone walks around looking miserable all the time. Shame to see as it used to be an awesome place to work. Needs new management
