Understaffed and overworked. 100+ patients per day on the site I worked at. One DR room and 2 radiographers. Walk-ins and booked patients ensure that you are always chasing your tail and falling further behind. Staff environment conducive to stress, anxiety and constant tension.

Management fosters a toxic bullying culture. Long term staff leaving due to this. Everyone walks around looking miserable all the time. Shame to see as it used to be an awesome place to work. Needs new management
