Pros

I made good friends from this poop hole (you know what I mean) of a company.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Basically a pyramid scheme. They force you to go in on your off days. You are required to “work a full day” and when you make no sales they blame you. No benefits, no gas pay, no REAL pay. They promise a base and never deliver. The manager is an absolute BUM. DO NOT TRUST HIM! He sits on his butt while everyone works away for maybe 100 bucks, which he won’t pay you. He has shorter multiple checks on multiple accounts. We are promised all of these great benefits in our interview process and nothing gets delivered on. Do not believe anything that gets said to you in the interview process. It’s all a lie to get you to join his “team”

I know young in my career I would get defensive, upset, and even mad when I read a review like this, but now I know in life and business, the review isn’t always about us. It sometimes has alternative motives and although that can be unfortunate. I do not judge you or your review. I appreciate it and the good in it. As a company that is continuously growing and expanding, receiving constructive feedback is instrumental to our growth. To address your review, and to shed some light for the public. A pyramid scheme is illegal, we have been in business for 5+ years working for the biggest brands in the country, and most recently partnering with one of the largest retailers in the nation. Now you are right in saying sales and dealing with customers is hard at times; we don't shy away from that. That's why we try to find people who understand the value it could bring as someone masters the skillset. Your review mentions compensation inaccurately a few times; our team gets paid weekly for their efforts currently through our hourly or commissions structure which we explain in detail in our new hire process. 5 years later, having been voted Best and Brightest Companies to Work For now these last few years locally here in Detroit we are proud of all the changes we have made over the years, especially in regard to compensation, gas reimbursements, health insurance, and gym memberships. I would love to speak to you and see how we can learn from your experience. Regardless, I wish you nothing but success. Lupe

Pros

Literally nothing good about this cult.

Cons

*Basically a pyramid scheme with locker room energy on steroids. *Leave out huge details in job interviews. *The job expects you to take advantage of vulnerable people like the elderly and teens. *Your position will be terminated if you don't make a silly amount of money in sales within a week. *The managers expect you to stand up for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. You're generally not allowed to sit during those shifts. (Breaks not included) *You're doing all this for a minimum hourly wage btw. *If you plan on working here, be prepared to throw your morals at the door, because this job basically requires you to sell vulnerable people in on a product with shameful customer service. Literally luring a bug into a spider web. *They tell you to take no for an answer when pitching sales because they're legally required to, but they almost never take 1 no for an answer when dealing with costumers.
