STAY AWAY, PYRAMID SCHEME!

Pros

There aren’t many pros. You might get to work with some cool people, but the turnover rate is insane.

Cons

This company lies about everything. Do a quick YouTube search for “Cydcor”, it’ll tell you every you need to know. Stay away unless you want to make minimum wage. They like to pretend this a legitimate sales career, it’s not, stay away. Go do sales for any other company in America. I still can’t believe I fell for their culty, phony ways. I’d be embarrassed if I ran an MLM like this. They try to run the office like it’s the Wolf of Wall Street, which is hilarious when you get that first paycheck. Any 5 star rating you see is a fake review by the current staff. Talk to any former employee, and you’ll get the whole story of what a nightmare this place is.

Lied about training

Pros

None, your knees will hurt standing on costco concrete.

Cons

They lied about training. I signed a contract that let the hourly training 12.50 which would make out to $400. However during training I made an additional $80 which they didn't pay me. Saying that they did what they're supposed to do. Had to do three interviews for a MLM its bull. EDIT: Lupe stop responding to bad reviews when you can't even use proper grammar. From your most recent response to a bad review. "I know young in my career " Is english your second language. Also your first business down country is permanently out of business. "5 years later, having been voted Best and Brightest Companies to Work For now these last few years locally here in Detroit we are proud of all the changes we have made over the years, especially in regard to compensation, gas reimbursements, health insurance, and gym memberships." No you don't you're only commision base, I was working before 5 years. "5 years later, having been voted Best and Brightest Companies to Work For now these last few years locally here in Detroit we are proud of all the changes" No you didn't W3R did which is a 'a best-in-class IT consulting and data management company, earned recognition on Metro Detroit’s 2022 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® list. Their commitment to cultivating employee enrichment and human resources practices that evolve with the times earned them this award for the thirteenth consecutive year – fifteen years overall." So on your website your essentially lying.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

Pros

I made good friends from this poop hole (you know what I mean) of a company.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Basically a pyramid scheme. They force you to go in on your off days. You are required to “work a full day” and when you make no sales they blame you. No benefits, no gas pay, no REAL pay. They promise a base and never deliver. The manager is an absolute BUM. DO NOT TRUST HIM! He sits on his butt while everyone works away for maybe 100 bucks, which he won’t pay you. He has shorter multiple checks on multiple accounts. We are promised all of these great benefits in our interview process and nothing gets delivered on. Do not believe anything that gets said to you in the interview process. It’s all a lie to get you to join his “team”

I know young in my career I would get defensive, upset, and even mad when I read a review like this, but now I know in life and business, the review isn’t always about us. It sometimes has alternative motives and although that can be unfortunate. I do not judge you or your review. I appreciate it and the good in it. As a company that is continuously growing and expanding, receiving constructive feedback is instrumental to our growth. To address your review, and to shed some light for the public. A pyramid scheme is illegal, we have been in business for 5+ years working for the biggest brands in the country, and most recently partnering with one of the largest retailers in the nation. Now you are right in saying sales and dealing with customers is hard at times; we don't shy away from that. That's why we try to find people who understand the value it could bring as someone masters the skillset. Your review mentions compensation inaccurately a few times; our team gets paid weekly for their efforts currently through our hourly or commissions structure which we explain in detail in our new hire process. 5 years later, having been voted Best and Brightest Companies to Work For now these last few years locally here in Detroit we are proud of all the changes we have made over the years, especially in regard to compensation, gas reimbursements, health insurance, and gym memberships. I would love to speak to you and see how we can learn from your experience. Regardless, I wish you nothing but success. Lupe
