Extremely abusive toxic environment - Preop/PACU RN SoutheastHEALTH Employee Review

I should have gotten a lot more money I was told I would be paid more but was not! I was never given a raise in 3 years! It was so extremely toxic and the bullying from other co workers was swept under the rug . Extreme gossip extreme slander it was completely unethical in so many ways! I’ll shout it from mountain tops this place was not good at all! I was Unable to give report because a co worker was too busy writing hate emails to people! Told the manager multiple times I need protection. But the manager only hid in their office!
