Pros

Culture of DE&I; unlimited opportunity if you're willing and motivated to do the work; salaries, benefits and PTO are above average; working here gives you a sense of purpose; Employee Resource Groups; community outreach; too much more to list.

Cons

These are all in relation to working at one of the nuclear sites: We're operating nuclear power plants. That can't be accomplished with a remote workforce. How much - if any - of your work can be done remotely depends on your role. You'll likely have a long commute as the plants are located in rural areas. You'll work hard and will have a lot to learn. If hard work isn't your thing . . . you won't like it. These jobs are not for those just looking to show up and get a paycheck. If that's you, you won't like it. There are times, such as outages, when your work/life balance will likely suffer.

Pros

Housing stipend for those outside of ATL. Tuition reimbursement for that internship semester. Very friendly environment. The people enjoy working here for the majority of employees I have asked.

Cons

For an Internship, there is not much to complain about.
