The entire company is set to work together in one direction, the people that are brought in are all a piece to a great culture-making everyday fun with little work feel. As the company experienced a 4x growth in staff watching the new players blend and fit right in was a lot of fun. I hope we as a team can continue to bring in people that add to the culture's positive vibe and can continue to allow such quick room for growth and opportunity. Great Job Team!!

This company truly takes every single employee and their lives into account when beginning working for them and throughout your time with the company. From starting until now I've continually grown personally and within my work characteristics. Personal growth is a huge part of the company's core values, which makes this company even more incredible to be working for. Every single day is new and exciting and we continue to push boundaries within that allow for more expanding opportunities for my self and others around me. There is never a boring day here at Southers Construction and I dont believe that will ever change!

As of working for this company for the past 6 months or so I've yet to have any downsides come across my path. Any time there has been any slight miscommunications of any sort they are immediately rectified as are any minor issues that may come across anyone's path whilst working here.
