Lack of Respect & Accountability – Customer items were sometimes lost with little regard, and employees had to deal with the aftermath with little support.
Disconnected Management – Upper management felt like a clique, keeping themselves physically and professionally separate from the rest of the employees.
Company Culture Misrepresentation – While it marketed itself as a modern startup, it lacked innovation, fair policies, and genuine leadership.
Not Family-Friendly – Policies, at least at the time, were not supportive of employees with children or personal obligations.
