From working at Sovos, you know employee engagement is very important to us. You have had the opportunity to complete our engagement survey as a way to share what you think we should continue doing well and what we need to improve on. As we shared with you in our All Hands meeting, 80% of our employees felt that their manager helped them grow in their role. You are also invited to participate in focus groups, new development programs, as well as our CLOUD Rotation program.
We strongly believe in “Be Collaborative” as one of our core values and we hope you believe in it too.
