Discrimination at Sovos very prevalent - Anonymous employee Sovos Employee Review

Normally I appreciate all feedback but the nature of this review is not fair or constructive. Sovos fosters a challenging environment, where hard-working, career-minded, ambitious and talented people can grow. We understand and acknowledge that is not for everyone. To be sure, though, discrimination is not tolerated at Sovos, has no place in our culture, and it is in direct conflict with our core values. We never have and we never will prevent people from advancing their careers or terminate them because they are different. Ever. Full stop. We encourage inclusiveness and diversity in our workforce and our workplace, and we have various reporting paths, including anonymous, for employees to report any instance not in alignment with our values or culture or the law.
