Pros
Lots of opportunity to take on some serious challenges and pursue things well beyond what you might get to do elsewhere. There are also some really smart, passionate, and committed people in the organization, and many people are sincerely trying to do the right thing. While there remains a lot of room for improvement, things are getting better.
Cons
There are a lot of broken promises, commitments, and neglected relationships going back to when the organization was in ADP. In some cases those issues are continuing to this day. Consequently, you may find yourself picking up a lot of messes created by those before you. The organization tries to be focused on high performance, but that frequently results in people being summarily removed, rather than a place where people get regular feedback and feel safe to take risks. Organizational politics can become pretty bad as well, especially across departments.
