Pros

Work from home and nice coworkers

Cons

Very low pay for the amount of work you do. They say January is the busiest, but every month is still a ridiculous amount of workload for the pay. You will work overtime every month unpaid. Unlimited PTO is a joke. You have to find someone to cover for you or else good luck with your accounts. Training is insufficient and very fast-paced and it doesn't prepare you enough for the job. There's a very high employee turnover for a reason. If you're not fresh out of school and just beginning your professional career, please look elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am always pleased, but never surprised, that one of the most consistent pieces of feedback that we get is related to how amazing our employees are. And I agree wholeheartedly. I do want to address some of other concerns. I am sorry that you felt like the workload was burdensome. While January is traditionally our busiest time, many of our teams do have other busy periods during the course of the year. Contrary to what many think, many of the tax obligations that corporations are required to meet happen at multiple times throughout the year. We have worked hard over the past couple of years to ensure that our Services teams are fully staffed because, while we know how important it is to offer impeccable customer service to our clients, it is just as important to provide a workplace where our employees can thrive. This includes a robust training bootcamp that all of our new hires go through for at least the month after they are hired. I am sorry that you did not find that sufficient to prepare you for the job, but all of our trainings do offer a component of on the job learning. I do understand your feelings about compensation as well. I can assure you that we review market data regularly to ensure that we are aligned with our competitors and the larger market in general. I am sorry that your experience here was not what you had hoped, and I wish you the best of luck as you continue your career.

Being Remote and standard benefits

Cons

Sales leadership is horrendous. New people are brought in not trained, aggressive targets (that have never been hit) usually designed to be the escape goats to protect the old guard. Long tenured sales protects the existing power structures. When results slip, they blame newer reps. New hires don’t hit, quotas unrealistic, weak implementation. Nightmare of a company, the worst I have ever worked at.
