Hello, thank you for your review. We agree that flexibility is extremely important for our teams and are proud of the “in person with a purpose” approach we’ve adapted to. Our flexible work environment is one of the great benefits (alongside flexible time off, a strong focus on career development and more) that complements competitive salaries to deliver the Sovos Total Rewards approach.
I do have a different perspective on focusing attention on our employees. We believe in a world class company culture, that can only be powered by our team. To me, our culture is our core values, and it is remarkable to see our core values in action every day across our vibrant and connected global team. Particularly as we go through a period of remarkable and impactful change at Sovos right now, as we make the transition from individual point solutions to the global industry-leading platform that our customers need.
While we can (and will!) always do more together to live our values, strengthen our culture and focus on employees, they are embedded in all the ways we recognize, appreciate, support and engage with team members – from our transparent communications to the total rewards I mentioned above to employee and cultural programs.
