Pros

• Free secure parking in a multi-storey car park, which is a genuine perk given how expensive parking can be in Manchester. • Two days working from home per week, which gives you a decent balance. • The office itself is modern and well-maintained with up-to-date equipment and facilities. • Easy to get to if you’re commuting. Well connected by public transport.

Cons

• Zero people of colour in senior leadership. Zero in middle management either. The entire leadership structure is white, which as a non-white employee made me feel completely out of place and frankly a bit intimidated. It’s 2025 and the company looks like it’s stuck in the past. A really poor showing on diversity and inclusion. • Don’t expect much reward - free pizza once a month and your standard annual bonus. That’s about it for employee rewards of tangible note. • Very flat structure with little to no promotion opportunities up to a certain point. The only promotions I saw were after the Indian company bought us out. Felt like they were just trying to boost morale. • The Manchester office is pretty dull and lifeless. Teams barely interact with each other except for quick chats in the kitchen. Not much energy. The highlight of the day is whatever’s on the Spotify playlist.
