You meet people from all walks of the world. You also get exposure to all the diversity of the world and learn about their educational/political systems.
Cons
This company is not for people that want to do the bare minimum to just get a pay check.Although the amount of work that gets thrown on you is a con, it is also a pro as it promotes growth. Some weeks require long hours due to taking on new projects and institutional deadlines.
