Pros

Some of the employees are really great and it’s not their fault that management is so bad. Compensation is good but doesn’t make up for feeling abused as an employee.

Cons

Feeling belittled, being told to work longer and longer n longer instead of management being willing to hire additional help when it’s seriously needed, micromanagement, weird behavior and comments coming from ownership….. I was based in Miami and super confused about who did what, who managed the company, and all sorts o things. The whole biz is confusing and feels toxic and like they squeeze employees to the last penny. Management team feels like a frat house… a lot of bros who seem to not take women seriously, at least that was my perception. I only lasted about 8 months before my friends and family told me to leave

Pros

- The concept of the job itself is nice, specially if you’re new to the workforce. The execution of it all? TRASH.

Cons

This job was the worst thing to ever happen to me. It destroyed my mental health and completely changed my perspective towards office work and the company itself. Everyone here is out for itself- you know the saying that if workplace calls itself a family it’s immediately a red flag? Spantran is living proof of that. There’s a clique no matter what office you’re in- and I guarantee you you’ll never be able to get in unless you become like them- blood sucking, rude, undermining and disrespectful individuals. Working at McDonalds would be more relaxing than dealing with this team. Everytime someone quit they blamed it on their skills and not on the reasons the employee CLEARLY STATED why they quit. When you have groups of employees quitting at the same time for the same reason you would think they would blink an eye…they don’t. There were only a couple of people that made the job tolerable, and they all quit/left. Never trust the reviews here- notice how a new positive one pops up every time a negative one is posted? I bet a positive review is above this one :) Not only is the work environment horrible and absolutely dreading- the company itself is a mess. No HR department, “wearing multiple hats”= no clear responsibilities and being understaffed/overworked. You’re up for a Russian roulette depending on what office you’re in (breaking news: none of them have a good reputation). If you’re a respectable human being with qualifications to work anywhere else AND I MEAN ANYWHERE, please turn around and apply somewhere else baby. Not worth it. I warned you.

Pros

This is a great job if you're starting out. The pay is good. The work is interesting, you get to learn a lot and help people. But it all depends the office that you're in. You get free lunch once a week.

Cons

Management in some offices is very controlling and micromanages your every step. It is frowned upon if you leave for your whole lunch break hour (and not just eat while you work at your desk), and if you don't stay past your schedule half working half socializing. Management will often bring their personal life into the office and expect you to do the same. This will impact how they see the quality of your work. When people are stressed out (which they often are) it is normal to have people call you dumb in their comments. Don't be shocked by the rude passive aggressive behavior. The office I worked in, 3 people left after complaining to the higher ups about the management but nothing was ever done, the company is so small there isn't an HR department so don't expect any changes or improvements. When bad reviews are published, they have people write fake good reviews.
