Pros
- The concept of the job itself is nice, specially if you’re new to the workforce. The execution of it all? TRASH.
Cons
This job was the worst thing to ever happen to me. It destroyed my mental health and completely changed my perspective towards office work and the company itself. Everyone here is out for itself- you know the saying that if workplace calls itself a family it’s immediately a red flag? Spantran is living proof of that. There’s a clique no matter what office you’re in- and I guarantee you you’ll never be able to get in unless you become like them- blood sucking, rude, undermining and disrespectful individuals. Working at McDonalds would be more relaxing than dealing with this team. Everytime someone quit they blamed it on their skills and not on the reasons the employee CLEARLY STATED why they quit. When you have groups of employees quitting at the same time for the same reason you would think they would blink an eye…they don’t. There were only a couple of people that made the job tolerable, and they all quit/left. Never trust the reviews here- notice how a new positive one pops up every time a negative one is posted? I bet a positive review is above this one :) Not only is the work environment horrible and absolutely dreading- the company itself is a mess. No HR department, “wearing multiple hats”= no clear responsibilities and being understaffed/overworked. You’re up for a Russian roulette depending on what office you’re in (breaking news: none of them have a good reputation). If you’re a respectable human being with qualifications to work anywhere else AND I MEAN ANYWHERE, please turn around and apply somewhere else baby. Not worth it. I warned you.
