creative, fun job, with a supportive atmosphere

its a start up so sometimes would wear multiple hats, which i personally loved but isnt for everyone

* Free snacks and drinks available * Production team is full of cool artsy people.

* Company/management decisions are often made illogically and chaotically. * Pay is NOT enough. * Overtime will be required. Expect it. * Management does not communicate properly with its workers, in all departments. * Very under-staffed. * Owners have called us a “family” in a meeting, but I don’t think they knew my name. * Management prefers to punish rather than communicate. * Free food and a shiny warehouse do not necessarily make for a happy little workplace.
