      Pros

      They try to cover everything in shiny glitter but it’s all sh*t under it.

      Cons

      Literally everything was horrible. They will make you cry, feel so little and degrade you. So much shady stuff goes on behind the scenes, and you are expected to go along with it and ignore it. They will work you into the ground and expect nothing less than for you to abide. Stay away

      * Free snacks and drinks available * Production team is full of cool artsy people.

      Cons

      * Company/management decisions are often made illogically and chaotically. * Pay is NOT enough. * Overtime will be required. Expect it. * Management does not communicate properly with its workers, in all departments. * Very under-staffed. * Owners have called us a “family” in a meeting, but I don’t think they knew my name. * Management prefers to punish rather than communicate. * Free food and a shiny warehouse do not necessarily make for a happy little workplace.

      This is the word minimum.

      Cons

      Incompetent management lead by incompetent owners. Everyone there is ACTIVELY looking for better jobs and there is a high chance that the owners will read this and absolutely rage at their staff. Oh well!
