Pros
Training, support and cooperation are extremely important to Spartech. My colleagues were exceptional to work with and truly cared about helping each other learn and grow at the company.
Cons
As always, there is a small disconnect between the budget and what operations can achieve but I truly believe Spartech is working to narrow that gap and work to improve forward thinking objectives.
