Pros

Generally welcoming and inclusive. Colleagues are happy to share knowledge to help you get up to speed. You can work independently or collaboratively depending upon the project or support ticket, which I found to be a positive balance. Clear communication from management.

Cons

My work was focused on supporting major cruise industry customers, so Covid-19 curtailed my opportunity. No fault of the company, but would be a point to consider in the coming years...

Pros

Focus on training and growing resources, clear targets and mentorship in place. Challenging but interesting projects that make you constantly learn. Customer contact and creating value for customers is top priority and this keeps everyone in the team proactive.

Cons

The market is demanding and sometimes projects are challenging in terms of scope and timeline. There is not much slack and I guess one has to like being forced to think and work constantly without chatting too much at the coffee machine :)
