Pros

Great product, opportunity to have success in the market.

Cons

Company culture is extremely toxic. There is a lot of blame shifting and mud-slinging, which is counter productive and exhausting when timelines are short and deliverables are big. It is shocking that this type of environment still exists and continues to be promoted in today's age of progressive culture. I have seen enough, and while I am here for the product, I am very disappointed at how my counterparts in other departments are treated, be it Sales or G&A.

Pros

Fast-Moving: Everyone aiming to solve problems, not trapped by other issues. TeamWork: You can always learn from, and help out others here. Good benefits: The PTO policy, insurance and bonus are exciting. Good management: The managers would hear the voice, and setting proper goals when there's a blocker.

Cons

There are many projects and tasks TBD, so sometimes it would be really busy.

Pros

Great technology; solving real world business problems. Some great peers

Cons

Spectro cloud has some great people and technology. Aside from that everything here feels like smoke and mirrors. Leadership is focused on optics and changes direction often. Turnover in last few years has been high and continues to accelerate. People here have either left or been let go on what feels like a whim or another restructure shuffle. The turnover is the product of constant change in direction and priorities. Leadership is unclear. Often times seems like they are deciding things as we go. Self preservation and fear leaves the wrong people being highlighted while other people are doing the real grunt work. Teams are siloed. Sometimes I’m not sure if we are building something sustainable or looking for quick wins. We need experienced commercial enterprise sales leadership and clear long term goals to help steer us through the next phase of our growth.
