Pros
You have morally fulfilling work by helping others from day to day if you're in a care-providing role. As difficult as some clients are, they are at least honest and real with you. Some of my counterparts had been with the company for over 10 years and only just now see a $.25/hr pay increase.
Cons
Managers and supervisors aren't trustworthy but shady and manipulative. Everyone in the main offices will do whatever they have to to cover themselves including toss you under the bus or ask you to straight up lie. You know your job is safe because it isn't popular work but managers don't treat you well by listening to you or caring fully about the clients.
