Pros

A family run business, but it has grown, and no longer feels "homey". Chances to travel if you know hot rods or race cars intimately. You get to meet some pretty cool people and sell toys to folks. Pay is good for many of the employees' education level.

Cons

Can be a dead end for certain people. Management is disconnected from the workers. The HR department runs the show, and that's too bad. Bill Smith and his wife are gone now, and the special place they created is evaporating quickly. Good knowledgeable folks are disappearing and being replaced with corporate brain dead robots, reading scripts and saying "yes". Health insurance cost negates a decent salary. Constant turn over from college staff, it gets old old old.

Pros

Concise management, people are easy to approach. The company is invested in you being invested.

Cons

I wasn’t able to be in the office during Covid so I cannot comment on the in-person feel. However, the campus is excellent.

Pros

- Some of the managers are worth working under. Most are not. - Office area climate control works well. - Fairly decent pay - Workplace Security is pretty good.

Cons

- Leadership is out of touch. And the majority of the "Directors", "Managers", and "Supervisors" are completely innept. - Warehouse climate control barely works. - Leadership relies on bare bones employee support and expects you to be grateful you have employment. - Pay is generally good, but in some departments, it doesn't match other employment opportunities in the same field. - No one is happy. And if they are, they're lying or they're part of the "management" team and also FOS. - High turn over rate. - Employee benefits are suboptimal.
