Pros
- Lovely team enviorment (at least my location is).
- Mostly flexible with scheduling.
- 50% off staff discount.
Cons
- Upper management expects a lot of work from you, even though you are mostly working by yourself and your shifts barely (if at all) cross over with coworkers.
- Forced positivity. Not allowed to voice critiques or concerns, and you're seen as coming off as 'rude'.
- High KPI expectations. It's not about helping the customer, it's about getting as much money from them as possible.
