Pros
Good hours and decent pay, not a difficult job and enjoyable interacting with customers
Cons
2 days of training instead of 2 weeks, then getting in trouble for things noone taught you. Meant to have ssm visits every month, went 6 months without one and then they blamed us for the store having issues even though we'd already brought them up. 0 support from regional managers and 0 understanding that people can't afford shoes right now. Terrible budgets, literally last years sales plus $50, and if you don't make it they'll be angry phone calls. Natural disasters? Tough luck they'll still expect you to be open even if state warnings are telling people to stay inside, and god forbid you can't open the store cause of said Natural disaster. Major issues with management as they clearly don't care about their regional stores and can't understand why people don't want to work as casuals either
