Management is TERRIBLE. These people have got to be some of the greediest people I’ve ever come across. They would set CRAZY metrics and the reward would be a raffle ticket for a drawing that just never happened. And hope you like meetings … because you’ll have plenty. 8am sharp huddle, another right after lunch, monthly, quarterly meetings JUST to talk about how much they’re making off all your hard work. And apparently they got them in there working until 6 or 7 o clock these days. I was gone before they started doing all that but yep just changing the schedule so they make the most money out of your salaried time. You will be yelled at and belittled if you’re not doing exactly what they expect you to be doing at any given time or if you’re not making them enough money. Don’t even think about filing a complaint about management practices or you’ll be considered “DEFIANT.” I could go on and on about the malpractices that occur in that office every single day but I’ll save you some time. Please do not work here.
