      Pros

      I appreciate work-life balance and a fully remote job. Overtimes is a rarely case and they are compensated. I can not really complain, because I have other companies to compare. Also, lately company started to get multiple AI projects, which is really nice for my professional development

      Cons

      There are always small things that could be improved. The company isn’t perfect, but for me it’s still good
