Pros
Earlier it was best company to work and hd some work ethics and good place for a fresher to learn and grow. Now nothing is good and company is firing employees in the name of cost cutting.
Cons
No work culture, no proper format of escalation matrix. Managers ask employees to work on parallels projects without any documented requirement in half of time. Personal life is zero. Management asks employees to work on weekend and holidays. No appraisals. No agility. Favouritism.
