      Pros

      If you are trainee then there will be learning for other it will be same.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Most of the time you will need to be available over weekends. Resources are given 5-6 project's at a time, dedicated resourcing over project is not there. Development and L3 is with same team. Most of development resource's have resigned due to above and now remaining one's are facing tough time. There is no end to work or boundary, you will have to complete the work late night, as there will be no next day.

      Working late night , no pay for overtime, ask to go early markit and work late tieup with other brand and ask you to sell their products also backhand team never support always say abb task hai krna padega also force to do Insaurance or ask to open bank accounts

      Worst place to work

      Pros

      Earlier it was best company to work and hd some work ethics and good place for a fresher to learn and grow. Now nothing is good and company is firing employees in the name of cost cutting.

      Cons

      No work culture, no proper format of escalation matrix. Managers ask employees to work on parallels projects without any documented requirement in half of time. Personal life is zero. Management asks employees to work on weekend and holidays. No appraisals. No agility. Favouritism.
