Pros
It's a good company and a fun workplace. People are easy to work with and there is no politics at any level of mgmt. They have a great product and are the last standing small cell company. Not a public company yet so the upside on stocks can be very rewarding. Stress free work environment and provides excellent learning opportunity as it is at the cutting edge of technology.
Cons
Tough market for this kind of product(small cells). Selling to carriers is always difficult but rewarding if it comes through. This company has been a start-up for a while, they need to start cranking it up of they want to be successful, can't be a start-up forever.
