Pros

good product and support engineers and staff, lot of enthusiasm in the lower cadre.

Cons

No focus, management has no clue how to sell the product after few initial success. Top decision makers are not good enough to run the organization. This will always remain in start up mode due to bad management. No vision at all, management changes the vision every few weeks.

Worked in this company for more than 3 yrs. Free food three days a week(although the food bought was nt very good) Dont have to do any work if you know how to keep your manager happy

Cons

- Very bad management structure. The attitude is like a post IPO company even if they are doing below average. - Too much politics involved between the employees where there is no/little value for hard working ppl - No effort put in to retain good talent. The attitude is don care for the talent value.

Pros

It's a good company and a fun workplace. People are easy to work with and there is no politics at any level of mgmt. They have a great product and are the last standing small cell company. Not a public company yet so the upside on stocks can be very rewarding. Stress free work environment and provides excellent learning opportunity as it is at the cutting edge of technology.

Cons

Tough market for this kind of product(small cells). Selling to carriers is always difficult but rewarding if it comes through. This company has been a start-up for a while, they need to start cranking it up of they want to be successful, can't be a start-up forever.
