Some very talented engineering people to work with. Very laid back culture. No one cares about anyone as long as the job gets done. Catered lunches thrice a week.
Cons
Some employees are over-worked and the managers do not care about retaining them or recognizing their talent. Only a very few employees are categorized as star performers and management goes to extremes to keep them happy. The overall morale in this organization is very low and people are just hanging in there for something good or bad to happen. Its just a matter of time. SpiderCloud was known for its worth because of its people. But a lot has changed after the acquisition.
