Pros

People - the ones that are still here and the fallen warriors that have left.

Cons

Management, RTO, communication. The management keeps on changing for the past few years and making very poor decisions. Employees are just numbers that need to deliver numbers, so that the board and CEO is happy. The communications is bad, lacks transparency and honesty. The company keeps on changing RTO, currently decided to go to full return to office, without any flexibility whatsoever. What feels inequitable is that some office locations no longer exist, yet employees in those regions continue working fully remotely, while employees in countries with active offices are required to comply with a full return-to-office policy. This creates a sense of inconsistency and unfairness across the organization. It also feels as though the company’s development is moving backward rather than forward. Frequent layoffs, occurring almost every year, have created an environment of uncertainty, fear, and declining motivation among employees. As a result, trust in the company’s long-term stability has been significantly affected. Many employees who remain with the company are already exploring alternative employment opportunities that offer greater security and stability. From an internal perspective, the overall direction of the company raises serious concerns, and unfortunately, the outlook for the future does not appear positive.

Pros

Very flexible with scheduling. Nice bonus job that you can do after work. Not too difficult and if you’re already watching the game you might as well be getting paid for it. Supervisors and management are great and schedule very well.

Cons

Hard to get a lot of hours after the month of November. Guaranteed to work at least part of a Saturday almost every week.

Pros

There are some very smart, very strong team members. However, those individuals are leaving in droves.

Cons

The executive leadership team, especially Carsten have lost their way. Increasing demands on staff, while cutting team staffing across all functions, forcing 5 days in office without thinking through a plan and how it will effect families, and lack of raises the last few years has created a very stressed and overworked culture. This company has fully shifted into an "appease the shareholders" phase of cost cutting, do more with less phase which is having a large effect on the quality of talent. There is a constant shift of senior leadership with changing priorities when the actual fix to most problems are to just add low level staff to do work. This place is overrun with Sr leaders demanding KPI/KRI updates, sitting in meetings, and not much time spent doing actual work.
